Membership

True to the mission of the WMGA we encourage women and junior girls interested in amateur golf to become a member of the WMGA.

By joining the WMGA, you become part of a group of women and young girls who share a passion for the game of golf, love the camaraderie of playing with women golfers as well as have a bit of a competitive spirit. If you belong to one of the WMGA’s Member Clubs with a USGA Handicap Index of 25.0 or less you can join through your club’s Met Rep. Not a club member, Independent Membership is also available for women (and Junior girls) with a USGA Handicap Index of 25.0 or less. [Go to Independent Membership tab for more details and application] Junior memberships are available to any girl under the age of 19, with or without a USGA Handicap who is a member of a WMGA Member Club.
